Dinner on the balcony, outdoors workouts and new hair

Hello friends! After the most relaxing weekend, literally doing nothing, I'm back with some photos from this week for you. Some good food, some nice weather, and some Tara. You know the drill, here we go:

I have enjoyed the weather as much as I can. Love having a balcony!

Made spicy chickpea meatballs one day for dinner. I will not say they were the best, but I think I need to work a little more on the seasoning. They actually tasted better when they had been in the fridge!

Had French toast for dinner one day, haha, I am one of those people who LOVE breakfast for dinner. Oat meal, pancakes, French toast, a big smoothie bowl, I'm in!

I don't think I need to elaborate on how much I appreciate the long days. This was an evening walk and I think it was almost 9 when I took this pic.

Five months without cutting my poor hair, FINALLY it was time. This was before...

... and this was after! I did some highlights as you probably can see. Very happy with the result, although it's lighter I still think it looks quite natural (so natural to the point that most people won't even notice it.. haha).

White + beige, feeling very streetstyle-ish for a change.

Had the best Friday! We did thesis work in school for a few hours and then decided to go home and enjoy the weather on the balcony for the rest of the day.

... after a few hours of chilling Anna and Benat came over for dinner. Barbecue food on the balcony, is there anything that screams summer more?

Sometimes the simple food is the best! I made a potato salad and then we had vegan hotdogs, corn and cornbread. Yum yum yum.

Today it's Sunday and I went to an outdoors yoga class. The gym started with outdoors classes this week which I couldn't be happier about. I realized how NICE it is to work out outdoors, like not just going for a run but doing actual exercises out in nature instead of inside a gym. Want to keep it up this summer.

After the yoga I felt like I had to keep on enjoying the weather as it'll rain aaaall next week so I went out for a run. It went very smooth, which it doesn't always, so I spontaneosly went for a 10k. I always try to listen to my body when I run and today was my run. Afterwards I made pancakes and added some oats to them to make them more filling and nourishing. Aquafaba in pancakes is a vegan life hack I wish I would have discovered sooner.
