Hi friends! Sorry for the absence here again. I want to update more continuosuly but I also don't feel like I have a lot to tell you as life isn't very exciting at the moment. I'll tell you about the small things that are exciting though. This weekend I finally picked up my skis that I bought second hand and went to Holmenkollen with Hege. I hadn't stood on a pair of skis for god knows how many years so I was a little nervous prior, but it turned out quite well I must say. We skiid for around one and a half hour in the hilly forest which was something completely knew to me. I only knew crosscountry skiing as very... flat and straightforward haha. Such a good workout though and I really enjoyed it! 
 
What more? It is a new month and with a new month comes some new goals. In January my workout goal was to run 20k every week. For this month I'll try 25k weekly and add some morning yoga and home workouts to my routine. And skiing, hehe. Apart from workouts, I'm trying to progress with my thesis. I am pretty much done with interviews and have sent in one chapter to my supervisor for revision. I finish my internship in three weeks so I'll be able to focus 100% on it after that which will be nice. 
 
Although the stricter restrictions here in the Oslo area seem to be around for a little longer than we had expected, I try to enjoy everyday life as much as I can. Time outdoors, reading books, working out and cooking good food basically. Gotta enjoy the small things in life, right?
