Weekend

Let's have a look at my suuuper chill weekend.

On Friday I got coffee in school and enjoyed it outdoors before heading in to work on the thesis. Am I crazy to say that I find the whole univeristy environment and atmosphere inspiring?I'm a true student at heart haha, sometimes I wish we wouldn't graduate just yet.

Made this berry thing the other day and it's such a success. I think I came up with the recipe myself actually, here it is: 3 dl of flour, 1,5 dl of sugar, 150 grams of vegan butter, 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar, 2 teaspoons of baking soda and that's it! Top with berries and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes on 200 degrees.

Yesterday (Saturday) I wanted to discover a new trail in the forest. The municipality distributed a map with trails for free which I found so cute and tyically Norwegian so I was very eager to discover a new part of the forest. Little did I know that I would get lost but at least I met this cute pigs and...

... ended up on my longest run ever. In 25 years I have never run 15 kilometres, but yesterday ended up being the day. I know, I'm a little dramatic, but just two years ago that would have seemed impossible to me. I'm proud of how I've kept the running so consistent since November. I have always run but I think something changed about two years ago while on exchange in Brazil. I have never been as active in my life as during that time and I ended up running a lot on the treadmill. The pic above was my post run meal: todu scramble, mushrooms, toast and pea pesto. A perfect brunch plate!

A selfie with my poor hair thats hasn't received any love lately. I'm finally getting it cut this week and I'm so excited, I'm even thinking about treating myself to a little change in colour... Stay tuned!

My obsession with green food continues, got this superfood powder for smoothies!

Another obsession that continues is the one with nature. My everyday runs/walks are my favorite part of the day.

Speaking of obsessions: iced coffee. Yes, that is how basic Jen and I are.

Today (Sunday) I am having a suuuper lazy day and I am enjoying it so much. I can be very productive but I also think I'm very good at slowing down. The most productive thing I did today was to work on my tan, a good priority if you ask me. With SPF 50 of course!
